Join us for a series of six group sessions practicing Little Springs Yoga. In this stage of practice we will engage in Energy Tapping and Visualization Techniques through the lens of yoga philosophy. Lessons are designed to adapt to self-practice or conducting peer-led groups​

Each week is set to build understanding of the tapping process and the yoga philosophy used to frame our healing experience. Prior experience in previous Little Springs Yoga workshops or with yoga psychology is recommended, but not required.
Week 1 - Emotional Tapping Sequencing and the Kleshas
Week 2 - Set up Statements through the Chakras
Week 3 - Clearing the Subtle Bodies
Week 4 - Calming the Whirlpool, Tapping the Vrittis
Week 5 - The Feelings Inside and Pranic Flow
Week 6 - The Sanyama Sequence
