Level One Workshop
Emotional Freedom Techniques and Yoga Philosophy

Eliminate negative emotions and traumatic memories that prevent you from achieving the calm and happiness you deserve in your life. When you attend our introspective workshops, you will learn techniques to achieve rapid and long lasting changes in consciousness using techniques based on the ancient science of yoga philosophy combined with modern neurobiology.

 

When you attend this Level One workshop, you will use the basics of yoga to learn even more about yourself and how to achieve higher consciousness.

  • Learn how imperfections in the central nervous system result in disturbances in the flow of unitary consciousness. 

  • Understand how the Koshas (sheathes), interpenetrate and affect one another.

  • Acquire skills to eliminate the Gunas, (Raja and Tamas), revealing our true state of Satva (serenity)

  • Master Emotional Freedoms Techniques (EFT) using tapping and specific points in the energy sheath to neutralize blockages that result in emotional distress.

This workshop integrates a version of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) that is based in a framework of the ancient system of yoga psychology.


In a small group setting, we will introduce you to our unique approach to the psychology of yoga, and you will learn effective techniques you can use today and every day to improve your well-being.

If you are not familiar with yoga terminology, do not worry! We will guide you and ensure you can take full advantage of this workshop.
