In this course, you will learn yoga practices that flow prana from the Anahata chakra to quickly eliminate vritti, avoiding the various "aspects" and "reversals" that often complicate Emotional Freedom Techniques.

  • Understand yoga meditation techniques that allow you to build towards a higher level of consciousness in your personal life.

  • Learn yoga strategies to use the feeling of love to neutralize negative emotions and traumatic memories, including handling looping thoughts and negative waves.

  • Practice newfound knowledge in a small, safe group setting
